I had cooked potatoes from the previous day, and I do not like to throw food, I decided to do a broccoli soup with fried potatoes.
ingredients:
- broccoli
- carrots
- celery
- salt and pepper
- musket
- spice vegeta
- butter
Preperation:
Wash and clean vegetables, put with water to a into the pot, add some salt and spices. Cook until vegetables will be soft.
After soup is ready, put butter on a pan, then add sliced potatoes and fry for 5 min. Serve with soup!

Tagliatelle with spinach and salmon
I never cooked anything with fresh spinach. This time I bought fresh, beautiful one and made a cream sauce.

Ingredients:
- tagliatelle
- spinach
- salmon fillet
- onions
- garlic
- olive oil
- butter
- cream
- nutmeg
- salt and pepper
Preperation:
Boil water for pasta, with a bit salt. Cook pasta al dente. To the put a bit of olive oil and butter, add onion and garlic. After 2 min. add a bit water. Cooking, add spinach and a bit salt, pepper and nutmeg. In the end add cream. Spinach sauce mix with tagliatelle. On the pan put a bit olive oil and fry salmon fillet 2 min. on both sides. Ready salmon put on pasta.
Bon appetit!

Pasta with tuna
I love Italian food, it is my favorite,
and pasta the best food ever!
Here is a recepie for pasta with tuna, my best friend Justyna made it once, long time ago for me, now it is my dinner meal too.
Ingredients:
- pasta
- canned tuna
- tomatoes
- onion
- garlic
- salt and pepper
- herbs de Provence
- parsley
- capers
- yellow chees
- olive oil
Preperation:
Boil salted water. Put pasta in it. Cook for 10-15 min.
Heat pan with olive oil, put onion and garlic, then add tuna, cook for 2-3 min, add tomatoes, salt, pepper and herbs, cook for another 5-10 min, after that add capers, and cook another 5 min.
In the end put yellow chees and parsley for decoration.
I love easy food!

The easiest salad ever :)
with pasta.

We ate similar one in turkish shopping center. Melis likes it.
Ingredients:
- pasta
- carrot
- olive oil
- dill
- pepper and salt
Preperation:
Boil salted water. Put pasta. Wash and clean carrot, wipe on the friction of the medium mesh. When pasta will be ready put it into the bowl, add carrot, olive oil, dill, salt and pepper. It is ready!:)))

Paste for bread
Very easy snack, some people made this as a salad with chicken.
I don't put chicken and we have paste to put on crispy bread.

Ingredients:
- yellow cheese
- pineapple
- corn
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- maayonnaise or yogurt
Preperation:
Razer cheese on medium mesh friction, cut pineapple in small pieces, clean corn.
Put everything into a bowl, add salt and papper, garlic powder, maayonnaise or yogurt, or two of them. Mix good!then place on the bread.
Enjoy your meal!

- pickled cucumbers
- carrots
- parsley
- celery
- por
- potatoes
- both
- water
- dill
- salt, pepper
- bay leaf
- grains allspice
- soy sauce
- cream
Preperation:
Wash vegetables, clean and cut to small pieces. Prepare a pot of water. Put the broth with leeks, bay leaf and pimento. Added the diced potatoes and another veretables. Cook until vegetables are soft.
In the meantime, wipe the friction of the large mesh cucumbers.
Decoction vegetable seasoning with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Add cucumbers along with the juice. Add the dill to taste and in the end cream.

Potato soup
When you have a child sometimes you have to be creative in preparing meals:)
She or he can't eat always "Rosol" (chicken soup) or tomato soup.
This time I made potato soup, very tasty and easy!

Ingredients:
- potatoes
- carrot
- onion
- parsley
- bay leaf
- celery
- salt
- pepper
- broth
- cream
- dill
- water
- olive oil
Description of the preparation:
Wash vegetables. Peel potatoes and cook with saled water. While they cook peel carrot, celery, onion, parsley and cut to small pieces. Fry onions in olive oil on the pan. Boiled potatoes smashed, add water, broth, vegetables and spices. Cook as a soup:) In the end add cream and dill.
p.s To thicken soup can use flour with water!

Greek salad
I again put on weight:(
It came the time to start preparing salads, instead potato pancakes:)
Let's start from Greek Salad

Ingredients:
- salad
- cherry tomatoes
- feta cheese
- onions
- pepper
- olives
- cucumber
Sauce:
- olive oil
- lemon juice
- vinegar
- mustard
- pepper powder
- salt and pepper
- basil (dried)
- parsley (dried)
- garlic
Preperation:
Wash all of vegetables. Cucumber and peppers cut in very small pieces. Onion cut round. Put all in a bowl (do not mix). At the very bottom put salad and cucumber. At the very top place the feta cheese and olives. In the end add sauce.
Sauce:
Chop the garlic, put to olive oil and move to aside for some time. Then remove the garlic. Add lemon juice to the olive oil and mix well. At the end add the vinegar and other spices: mustard, pepper powder, basil, salt and pepper and parsley.
Mix very thoroughly and allow to stand for at least several hours, the longer the better.

Gołąbki (Stuffed Cabbage Rolls)
They are a traditional Polish dish made from cabbage leaves, pork or beef meat, chopped onions, rice and spices, most often baked and refried in a spicy or sweet-and-sour tomato sauce. More info here...

Here recepie to my Gołąbki :)
Ingredients:
- cabbage
- pork or beef meat
- rice
- onion
- garlic
- egg
- broth
- tomato paste
- parsley (fresh or dry)
- spacies: salt, pepper, basil, marjoram...(I used prepared spices to the minced meat)
- oil

Preparation:
Put cabbage to salted cold water. Cook until boiling. Take out. Remove leaves slowly to do not break them. Cool before using. Wash rice in cold water and then cook.
To the bowl put meat, add salt and peeper, fried on the pan chopped onions, egg, chopped garlic, spacies and parsley. Mix all ingredients well. After that take one cabbage leaves and put meat on it, then wrap well. In the bottom of the pot put broken cabbage leaves, then on it wraps and again broken leaves. Add broth and cook for one hour. In the end of the cooking add to the sauce tomato paste.
Gołąbki serve with bread or potatoes.
