Cauliflower with Corn

I love soups, in Poland we have a lot of types. I like cauliflower wirh butter and crumbs, but cauliflower as a soup is very tasty and sweet, Melis wanted to add some corn.
It was very good idea!!!




Ingredients:
- cauliflower.
- carrots
- celery
- parsley
- tomato
- corn
- potatoes
- leek
- dill.
- salt
- pepper
- cream
- vegetable broth

Description:
Wash, clean, rinse, chop into smaller pieces all of vegetables, put into boiling salted water. Boil until tender. Then add vegetable broth and cook a bit more. To warm soup put cream and dill.

Chicken breast with spinach

Spinach is the best with pasta, but today I tried something new.
I don't like meat much, can eat only chicken, mostly.


My idea was to put spinach in to chicken breast:)

Igredients:

- chicken breast
- spinach (frozen one, it is easier)
- butter
- salt, black pepper
- herbes de Provence
- garlic
- onion
- vegetable seasoning
- cream to soups and sauces (18 %)

Preperation:

Clean chickem breast, break to the flat parts, put some salt and black pepper. On the pan put a bit butter, add spinach, garlic, onion, herbs, seasoning and cream. Cook for a some time. After cooking leave to cool.Then put a spoon of spinach on chicken, spread on whole and roll it, can use toothpick to keep it together:). Put on hot pan, with some butter or olive oil, and cook until meat will be good.

Goulash with buckwheat

I don't like much buckwheat, we don't eat it often but it is healty, so I made it for Melis and myself:)
I mix it with meat and dill sauce.

Meat and dill sauce:
- meat
- dill
- garlic
- onion
- broth
- flour
- water
- salt and black pepper

Buckwheat:
- water
- salt
- buckwheat

Preparation:

In pan fry onions and garlic, add cleaned and cut into pieces meat, cook until meet will be soft. Then add to the meal broth and dill. In the end to make sauce a bit thicker, add mix flour with some water. Cook for a bit more.
Buckwheat put to the salted water and cook until it will be soft.

Easy and tasty!
