"Yayla corbası"- Yogurt soup

I am not a fan of Turkish soups (but I am amazing fan of soups generaly), they are too thin for me.
Most of them are made on butter (as a fat) without greens.
I like soups that make me full :) with a lot od staff in it.
I have two maby three favorite Turkish soups: mercimek corbası (lentils soup), yayla corbası (yogurt soup), and Turkish tomato soup.
I already made lentils soup before, many times, and I add some my igredients there also:).
Today I decided to make yayla corbası (yogurt soup).

Igredients:

- 1.5 tbsp flour
- 1 egg
- rice or pasta
- 2 cups yogurt
- cold water
- butter
- dry mint
- salt
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients except water in a saucepan. Add water, stirring constantly. Continue stirring the soup with a wooden spoon and cook over high heat until boiling. Add rice or pasta. Turn down the bottom of boils, and continue cooking until rice/pasta is soft. Meanwhile, melt the butter and mix it with mint. Add it to soups. Add salt just before the service.

Hamburger

Sometimes pregnant women have food caprice:)
I try to don't eat fast food much.
But yesterday I couldn't stop myself and for dinner my family had HAMBURGERS:)

Hamburgers ingredients:

- minced meat- minced meat seasoning
- parsley

- bread crumbs

- egg

- salt and pepper

- butter and olive oil

Preperation:

Mix all of the ingredients, shape to small chops, then fry in hot pan with butter and olive oil.

Then put into bead, add tomato, cucumber and onions, also some ketchup, mayonnaise or mustard.

To my humburgers I made also some salad, very easy one:

- salad
- corn
- carrots
- olive oil
- balsamic sauce
- salt and pepper

Tasty!
