Pierogi with sauerkraut and mashrooms



Stuffing:


- 500 gr. of sauerkraut
- 10 gr. of dried mushrooms
- onion
- oil
- salt and pepper
- vegetable or meat broth

Preperation:

Cabbage, if it is very sour squeeze lightly or wash a bit, cut to very small pices and cook, in the vegetable or meat broth. Mushrooms put to hot water and leave for sometime. Then coook separately.
Cooked mushrooms, drain and chop. Mix cabbage and mushrooms with tablespoons of oil, salt and pepper. Add chopped and browned on the butter onions.

Ingredients for the dough:

- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 egg
- 3 / 4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon oil

Preperation:

All the ingredients put in a bowl, mix with robot (on the slowest speed) or hands. Roll out the dough, put on a bit of flour. Cut out circles of dough, put stuffing on them with a teaspoon, stick together.

Very tasty with butter and onion!

Pierogi with raspberries

This weekend I made "Golabki" , and decided to make Pierogi.
Polish traditional dish. I don't know a person who doesn't like pierogi:)
I love pierogi with fruit inside, so today I made it with raspberries.


Stuffing:

- frozen raspberries
- sugar

Preperation:

Raspberries mix with sugar, use blender.


Ingredients for the dough:

- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 egg
- 3 / 4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon oil


Preperation:

All the ingredients put in a bowl, mix with robot (on the slowest speed) or hands , can of course by hand. Roll out the dough, put on minimally of flour. Cut out circles of dough, put stuffing on them with a teaspoon, stick together.

Omlet

My beloved and only one man (for now, in 2 months this can change:) ) is a master of making omlets.
Here is his work.


Ingredients:

- eggs
- milk
- white cheese
- yellow cheese
- tomato
- pepper
- chives
- dill

- salt and spices
- butter

Preperation:


Mix eggs with milk and spices in the glass.
Put butter on hot pan, add blend.
Then add another igredients.
Cook for few minutes untill eggs will get well cooked.

Dolma with meat

It is recipe for meat dolma, we already have in our blog recepie for cold dolma with olive oil, here.
This time we made, with help of our friend and Melis babysitter- Meltem, meat dolma.
Here we go!


Ingredients:

- medium-sized bell pepper
- 250 gr. ground beef
- 1 cup rice
- butter or vegetable oil
- tomato paste
- parsley
- onion
- hot water
- salt
- black pepper
- dried mint and another spices

- dill

Preperation:

Wash the peppers, with the knife or hands remove the insinde.
Wash and drain the rice.
Mix thoroughly the ground beef, chopped onion, olive oil, rice,tomate paste, mint/spices, parsley, salt and pepper .
Fill
the inside of peppers with the help of a teaspoon, make sure not to pinch too much because it will begin to swell the rice matures.
Stuffed bell peppers in a medium-sized pot, place it upright and close to eatch other.

Add the olive oil, tomato paste and two cups of boiling water into to the pot.
Heat to boiling over high heat, then cook on low heat. Half an hour later baked stuffed peppers with a fork.
Transfer to a serving dish, decorated with dill and serve hot.

Cinnamon French pastries


I took a recepies from Polish website: "Moje wypieki.
I love cinnamon, so I ate a lot of those.

Ingrediens:
- pre- rolled sheet of puff pastray
- 1/3 cup caster sugar
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
Preperation:

Combine the sugar with the cinnamon. Unfold the pastry and lightly dust work surface with flour or sugar mixture. Sprinkle some of the sugar mixture evenly on top of the sheet of puff pastry. Carefully press the sugar into the pastry. Then roll pastry. Cut to small pieces.
Bake in the 200 degrees C for 7 minutes, until golden and then turn them over with a spatula and bake for an additional 7 minutes.

Vegetable salad


Ingredients:

- eggs
- carrots

- parsley root
- corn

- green pea
- pickled cucumbers
- apples

- potatoes
- mayonnaise
- mustard

- salt and pepper

Preperation:

Boil the potatoes, eggs, carrots and parsley. Then cut them into pieces, the same with cucumbers, apples.
Add peas and corn. Season with salt, pepper, mix with a mayonnaise and mustard.
Very easy and amazing tasty!

Sweet - Sour chicken in Chinese


Ingredients:

- breast of chicken
- olive oil
- sesame
- honey
- lemon
- soy sauce
- teryaki sauce
- chinese noodles
- carrots
- broccoli
- cauliflower
- chives
- garlic
Preperation:

Cut the chicken breast into cubes, pour olive oil, honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, sauce teryaki and sesame. Cover with foil and put in the fridge for about 2 hours or even more.
Wash vegetables, peel and cut into cubes. In hot and salted water and cook noodles.
to the preheated wok, pour the soy sauce and olive oil, add the vegetables and chicken, boil them a little and add noodles. Cook until soft.
