Chicken legs with parsley and olives


Fast and healty chicken!

What we nedd:

-chicken legs
-olive oil
-salt
-parsley
-olives
-butter

Rub chicken with salt, olive oil, add parsley and olives. Close with stretch. Put in the fridge for a few hours.


Grill in the oven,  add some more olive oil. Cook for around 1 hour until will get gold color.

Chocolate Cupcake



Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup of bitter chocolate pieces
- 1 tablespoon of icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 3 eggs

Method:
- Melt butter and chocolates together in a pot sitting over hot water
- Get yolks of 2 eggs and the whole other egg, mix them with sugar until the mixture becomes thicker
- Add chocolate-butter mixture into the eggs. Be sure the chocolate is not too hot and won't cook the eggs.
- Add flour and mix
- Fill 2/3 of paper cups with the mixture
- Cook in preheated oven at 180degrees. If you want the center to be runny, cook for 15 mins, if you want solid cakes, cook for 30 mins.

You can serve with icing sugar on top, a scoop of vanilla ice-cream on the side.
