Tarhana

The Turkish tarhana  is made from flour, yoghurt, and tomateos, fermented then dried. Turkish people drink this soup in the winter and/or when they are sick. All of us is ill, me and childen, so I got tarhana from my friends. I made it for lunch. Deniz and Melis ate it with relish.

Tarhana is cooked as a thick soup by adding cold stock, water, or milk and simmering.

I don't like the taste of this soup, it is too sour for my taste. But the children LIKE it.
