Salad with potatoes and pickled cucumber
It is very easy meal, and very good with pork chop.
Ingredients:
- potatoes
- pickled cucumbers
- chives
- dill
- yoghurt
- mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
Preperation:
Potatoes wash, clean and cook in salted water. After cook cut into cubes. Cucumbers also cut into cubes. The same with chives and dill. In the bowl mix together yoghurt and mayonnaise, add some salt and pepper.
In the end put all ingredients together and mix.
Very tasty!

Salad with tuna and avocado
We didn't ate something green and healthy for sometime. I decided that I make salad.
At home I had the avocado and tuna, they super-fit to eatch other.The problem is that now I can not eat fish from the can. So I made tuna...next to salad:)
Ingredients:
- salad
- avocado
- tuna
- red pepper
- corn
- cucumber
- cherry tomatoes
- chives
- garlic
- capers
- dill
- spices to salads
- olive oil
- balsamic sauce
- salt and pepper
- parmesan
Preparation:
Wash all vegetables thoroughly, cut into cubes, move up to the salad bowl.
Prepare the sauce and tuna, separately. To tuna add a little olive oil (unless it is already in oil), dill and capers, salt and pepper. Sauce do with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and spices to salads, add garlic. Pour the sauce to the vegetables and mix all ingredients. At the end sprinkle with parmesan cheese of the salad!

Burrito
Yestarday I had an appetite for Mexican food. Fast and easiest one to make was BURRITO with beef and been. I didn't make spicy one.
Ingredients:
- minced beef
- red beans
- corn
- tomatoes
- onions or chives
- garlic
- herbs de Provence
- vegetable seasoning
- olive oil
- yellow cheese
- sweet cream
- salad
- tortillas
- salt and pepper
Preperation:
On the hot pan add olive oil, onion and garlic. After sometime put meat and spices. Tomatoes wash and blender to get tomatoes juice, add to the beef. After sometime add red beens and corn. Cook for a while.
In the same time wasn and clean salad, grate yellow cheese, and warm tortillas.
Ready meet put on tortillas, add salad, a bit of cream, cheese and roll it.
Enjoy!

Penne with pepper and zucchini
Ingredients:
- penne pasta
- red pepper
- zucchini
- onions
- garlic
- dill
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- parmesan
Preperation:
Cook pasta in salted water, add some olive oil, cook al dente. On the pan fry onion and garlic, cut into cubes pepper and zucchini, add to the pan. In the end add dill, salt and pepper. Mix pasta with vegetable, add parmesan.

Rice cake with apples and cinnamon
Ingredients:
- rice
- milk
- apples
- lemon
- raisins
- cinnamon
- salt
- sugar
- butter
- vanilla sugar
Preperation:
Wash 2 glasses of rice, put to the pot, add 2-3 glasses of milk with a bit of butter, 1 teaspoon sugar and a pinch of salt, coke about 30 minutes. From time to time put more milk to rice. In the same time peel 2 apples, grate, then sprinkle with lemon juice, season with vanilla sugar and cinnamon. Put hot water to half glass of raisins. Leave them like that for sometime. After rice is cooked, put to salad-bowl one part of rice, another of apples, then again rice. On top put raisins, cinnamon and vanilla sugar.
It is very tasty, not so sweet, perfect for children and pregnant woman:)

Let's say Ukrainian borscht (Barszcz Ukrainski)

In pot put water and add bay leaf, grains allspice, salt and pepper.
Add peeled, diced, raw beets, potatoes, greens, including onion and garlic. Bring to boil, then reduce the heat. Add beens (beens should be leave in the water for night, and next day cook separately). Put a bit sugar and lemon juice. Before serving add some cream.
