Tagliatelle with spinach and salmon

I never cooked anything with fresh spinach. This time I bought fresh, beautiful one and made a cream sauce.



Ingredients:

- tagliatelle
- spinach
- salmon fillet
- onions
- garlic
- olive oil
- butter
- cream
- nutmeg
- salt and pepper

Preperation:

Boil water for pasta, with a bit salt. Cook pasta al dente. To the put a bit of olive oil and butter, add onion and garlic. After 2 min. add a bit water. Cooking, add spinach and a bit salt, pepper and nutmeg. In the end add cream. Spinach sauce mix with tagliatelle. On the pan put a bit olive oil and fry salmon fillet 2 min. on both sides. Ready salmon put on pasta.
