Dolma with meat

It is recipe for meat dolma, we already have in our blog recepie for cold dolma with olive oil, here.
This time we made, with help of our friend and Melis babysitter- Meltem, meat dolma.
Here we go!


Ingredients:

- medium-sized bell pepper
- 250 gr. ground beef
- 1 cup rice
- butter or vegetable oil
- tomato paste
- parsley
- onion
- hot water
- salt
- black pepper
- dried mint and another spices

- dill

Preperation:

Wash the peppers, with the knife or hands remove the insinde.
Wash and drain the rice.
Mix thoroughly the ground beef, chopped onion, olive oil, rice,tomate paste, mint/spices, parsley, salt and pepper .
Fill
the inside of peppers with the help of a teaspoon, make sure not to pinch too much because it will begin to swell the rice matures.
Stuffed bell peppers in a medium-sized pot, place it upright and close to eatch other.

Add the olive oil, tomato paste and two cups of boiling water into to the pot.
Heat to boiling over high heat, then cook on low heat. Half an hour later baked stuffed peppers with a fork.
Transfer to a serving dish, decorated with dill and serve hot.
