Soup with sauerkraut and beans
Ingredients:
- sauerkraut
- beans
- carrot
- potato
- parsley
- tomato puree
- leek
- celery
- cream
- grainy black pepper
- bay leaf
- salt
- water
- broth
- marjoram
Preparation:
Beans put to cold water and leave for the night.
Wash and peel vegetables, cut into cubes. To the pot put water, add beans, bay leaf, grainy black pepper.
Cook until boiling. Then add vegetable and broth. Put tomato puree and marjoram. Cook until beans will be soft. Before serving add cream.
Enjoy!
