Chicken in carrots


Ingredients:

chicken
carrots
onion
 marjoram
salt and pepper
vegetable spices
limon
olive oil
garlic
flour
water
 
Preparation:

Fry onion and garlic in olive oil. Wash and dry chicken, add salt and papper, and also fry on the pan.  
Put some water to the pan when chicken will get lightly brown. Peel the carrots and cut into thin slices. Add to the pan. Cook meat and vegetables until tender. In a cup mix cold water and a flour. When water on the pan starts to boil add slowly a mixture to the meal, mix until become a sauce. In the end pu a marjoram and lemone, and another spices.
 
 
Great for lunch or dinner. Easy, tasy and healty!
