Cinnamon French pastries


I took a recepies from Polish website: "Moje wypieki.
I love cinnamon, so I ate a lot of those.

Ingrediens:
- pre- rolled sheet of puff pastray
- 1/3 cup caster sugar
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
Preperation:

Combine the sugar with the cinnamon. Unfold the pastry and lightly dust work surface with flour or sugar mixture. Sprinkle some of the sugar mixture evenly on top of the sheet of puff pastry. Carefully press the sugar into the pastry. Then roll pastry. Cut to small pieces.
Bake in the 200 degrees C for 7 minutes, until golden and then turn them over with a spatula and bake for an additional 7 minutes.
