Pierogi with sauerkraut and mashrooms



Stuffing:


- 500 gr. of sauerkraut
- 10 gr. of dried mushrooms
- onion
- oil
- salt and pepper
- vegetable or meat broth

Preperation:

Cabbage, if it is very sour squeeze lightly or wash a bit, cut to very small pices and cook, in the vegetable or meat broth. Mushrooms put to hot water and leave for sometime. Then coook separately.
Cooked mushrooms, drain and chop. Mix cabbage and mushrooms with tablespoons of oil, salt and pepper. Add chopped and browned on the butter onions.

Ingredients for the dough:

- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 egg
- 3 / 4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon oil

Preperation:

All the ingredients put in a bowl, mix with robot (on the slowest speed) or hands. Roll out the dough, put on a bit of flour. Cut out circles of dough, put stuffing on them with a teaspoon, stick together.

Very tasty with butter and onion!
