Macaroni Cheese

 
 
 One evening I finally made macaroni cheese dish. So easy, so tasty and practical.


Ingredients:
 
macaroni
butter
plain flour
milk
grated cheese: parmesan, cheddar,
salt and pepper
spices: nutmeg, marjoram, red pepper
bread
 

Preparation

Cook the macaroni in a pan of boiling water with salt until al dente.

In another pan melt the butter, add the flour. Mix for 1 minute over low heat. Add the milk, still mix it until smooth. Cook to the boil then reduce the heat. Add the grated cheese cook until melted. Add spices.

Drain pasta and return to the pan. Pour cheese sauce over the pasta and mix it well.

 

And you have nice, easy, yummy meal.
 

I also sometimes add a corn bread to macaroni cheese.
 It is very practical recipe.
 
 
  I put macaroni cheese with bread to 4 small cups and freezing.
I have ready meal for unexpected guest.
Then cook it in the oven and dinner is ready!
