For a week Polish living in Istanbul and guest from Turkey could enjoy Polish kitchen.
The menu was very rich. It couldn't be without our famous Polish dumplings.

Cold dishes: classic vegetable salad, salad with beet and apple horseradish sauce, herring tartare, cold soup- beetroot
Hot dishes: dumplings with lamb and marjoram, dumplings stuffed with potatoes and white cheese served with butter and chives, fried cod sauce with young leeks, roast duck with apples on red cabbage with raisins and red wine sauce (amazing tasty), steamed sea bass ( perch ) on young cabbage with dill

and classic boiled cauliflower with bread crumbs and egg.
Desserts: poppy seed cake with vanilla sauce, apple pie, mousse with white cheese sauce with fresh strawberries, tart plum, classic cheesecake

Sous Chef- Ali Demir and his colleagues, it was a real Polish feast.
