Rice cake with apples and cinnamon


Ingredients:

- rice
- milk
- apples
- lemon
- raisins
- cinnamon

- salt
- sugar
- butter
- vanilla sugar

Preperation:

Wash 2 glasses of rice, put to the pot, add 2-3 glasses of milk with a bit of butter, 1 teaspoon sugar and a pinch of salt, coke about 30 minutes. From time to time put more milk to rice. In the same time peel 2 apples, grate, then sprinkle with lemon juice, season with vanilla sugar and cinnamon. Put hot water to half glass of raisins. Leave them like that for sometime. After rice is cooked, put to salad-bowl one part of rice, another of apples, then again rice. On top put raisins, cinnamon and vanilla sugar.
It is very tasty, not so sweet, perfect for children and pregnant woman:)
