preparation:
Make oven to 190 ° C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Pour into a bowl the flour, baking powder, salt and a large pinch of pepper, and mix well.
In the other bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, egg and herbs. Add to the bowl with the flour and knead with the addition of milk to form a soft but not sticky dough. Sprinkle countertop with flour and place the dough on it.
Again knead the dough, form it into a roll and divide into 8 equal parts. From each of them make a ball, put it on a baking sheet and flatten slightly.
Apply on rolls a bit of milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a hot oven for 20-25 minutes, until it gets lightly browned.
